We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services if we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in immediate termination of your service and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.
All prescription medications are issued only after a clinical assessment conducted by a qualified prescriber. Approval is at the sole discretion of our clinical team.
Prescriptions are valid for the duration specified by the prescriber and cannot be transferred, shared, or used by any person other than the named patient. It is a criminal offence to obtain prescription medication by deception.
We reserve the right to request additional medical information or to decline to issue a prescription at any time, with or without prior notice, if we consider it clinically necessary to do so.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. If our pharmacist or prescriber determines that treatment is unsuitable for you, a full refund will be provided for the consultation and medication cost.
We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier service used.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address details provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your medication is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and assist.
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist, and a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund due to the legal requirements governing the safe disposal of prescription medicines, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
